Shipping

Can I amend my order after it is processed?

Happy customers + happy us. Although we cannot make any guarantees, if you contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible, we will try our best to support with any issues before your order is shipped and processed.

It is important to note that once your order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make any amendments to your order.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed with a lead time of 3-5 days, unless otherwise stated. If you have pre-ordered items the lead time will be stated at the time of order.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship outside the UK. Watch this space though, we are always looking to reach wider afield! 

Sizing

Please refer to our size chart for all sizing queries, if you have any questions after this please feel free to reach out to us via email. 

Remember our hoodies are designed to be over sized, it's our signature look! Bottoms are slim fit!

Orders

What if I receive a faulty item in my order?

We sincerely apologise for this.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item (we hand check all orders pre-dispatch), please contact our Customer Service team immediately with the following information:

  • Your Name

  • Your order number

  • Details of the faulty item

  • A clear photograph of the fault, along with a description

Once we've received this information, we will work with you to resolve this issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. In some cases, we may ask you to return the faulty item back to us. 

All claims for faulty items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. Please note that an item cannot have been altered or amended in any way in order for it to qualify as faulty.
